This highly reputable and established financial services organisation is looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate Director to join their team on a fixed term 12 month contract.
Working from the office 4 days a week, you will be reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to build and deliver all aspects of Marketing and Communications for the organisation.
**More about the role**:
- Develop and create all marketing materials (brochures, newsletters website content etc.)
- Proactively liaise with the different internal stakeholders and ensure development of strong stakeholder relationships
- Project manage investor focussed events
- Monitor competitive landscape and audience to derive insights and identify opportunities for brand building, business growth or retention of existing market share.
- Work closely with Creative and PR agencies
- Produce and distribute communications, internally and externally
**More about you**:
- 6 + Years’ Marketing and communications experience
- A sound understanding of the complexities of financial services as an industry, ideally within superannuation, funds management or banking.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills at senior executive levels
