As our Malaysia business continues to experience excellent growth, we are looking for a Manager or above to help us build and scale our Contracting business.

The Role This is a leadership position—ideal for a new or experienced manager ready to step into a broader management role.
You'll drive team performance, mentor contracting consultants, and ensure we exceed client expectations every time.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants within the contracting space Focus on building and scaling the contracting team Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance across the team Support business development efforts, win new clients, and expand existing accounts Implement recruitment best practices, tools, and processes Report on pipeline activity, team metrics, and revenue performance What You Bring6-7+ years of agency recruitment experience (at least 1 year in a team lead or mentorship role)Proven billing track record and strong client management skills Experience mentoring or managing consultants with varying levels of experience Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business development Motivated, organized, and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ready to take your leadership to the next level?We'd love to hear from you.
