Based in their modern Redfern HQ, you'll be reporting directly to the CEO, working in a standalone capacity, and focused on all tactical aspects of HR. **About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, position descriptions, Manager interviewer training, preparation of employment contracts, offer negotiation, and reference checks.
- Manage induction and onboarding, performance reviews, grievance procedures, performance management, exit management.
- Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice including award and contractual interpretation.
- Undertake & manage workplace investigations as required.
- Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia.
- Maintain and improve HRIS system capabilities and maintain standard operating procedures.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Ideally 3 years’ experience in a similar Business Partner/ P&C Manager capacity.
- Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- The ability to coach & mentor senior leaders.
- Excellent communication skills & an influential style across all levels of the business.
- A proactive and energetic style with outstanding consulting skills.
