**About the Company**
Our client is a well-known Australian brand experiencing continual growth and success. Partnering with the business leaders, you will provide advice and coaching across the whole employee life cycle.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, and working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships delivering advice and coaching to the business on all areas of HR with a particular focus on performance management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide advice, support and coaching to leaders through the performance management processes.
- Assist and support the Head of HR with the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Manage the changes to Modern Awards, ensuring changes are communicated to the leadership team.
- Provide best practice support on organisational restructurings, succession planning and acquisitions.

**What you will bring**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a true HR Business Partner with solid experience providing best practice solutions across the whole employee life cycle with a focus on ER/IR related matters. You will enjoy partnering with leaders on day-to-day people matters and supporting the business by translating business strategy into people priorities.
