We are looking for a **Investor Relations Analyst **with experience Maintaining good relations with shareholders and keep confidentiality and secrecy for the section tangible assets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of science (Management), minimum 3 years' experience in public relations and/or communications.
- MBA Business Administration Minimum 2-3 years in accounting background.
- Bs Finance = 5-8 years in banking.
- Word, excel and Power point can analyze financial statements.
- Valuable experience in shares trading and TADAWUL functions, knowledge with Ministry of Commerce and Industry corporate by laws, the listing Rules by CMA.
**Duties and responsabilities**:
- Relation with Shareholders: Maintain good relations with shareholders and keep confidentiality and secrecy for the section tangible assets.
- Reporting: Contribute with the rest of the team for the Ordinary General Assemblies, Annual report, coordination and communication with the capital market Authority, Ministry of Commerce, and Industry and TADAWUL.
- Coordination: Support meeting the department disclosure deadline, filling all types of the required disclosure forms, and uploading information with TADAWUL through their system.
