**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for an I.T guru, to join our team as a Support Analyst on a 12 month MAT leave contract with a focus on our HR and Payroll systems. You will be responsible for supporting our HR & Payroll projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes. You will perform analysis, triage and resolution of Level 2 incidents to ensure that we are providing solutions that assist our HR, Payroll and IT teams to perform at their best. The role will also involve team member/ user administration, data integrity management, and user support through documentation and guidance.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems (Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, payroll systems etc.)
- Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Manage Engine).
- Proficiency in user administration and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
