Detmold Medical is an important division of the Detmold Group - a strong and successful Australian based family-owned business. Headquartered in Adelaide, Detmold medical specializes in packaging, medical and disposable items to the Australian health industry.

This business presents an exciting mix of a strong and well-established customer base within the health sector, combined with ongoing expansion through new products and markets across Australia.

More specifically, you will:

- Build trusted relationships with our customers
- Provide a proactive solution focused service
- Understand the customer’s procurement processes
- Proactively manage order processing, stock and invoicing.
- Work closely with local warehousing to ensure timely and accurate receipting and dispatch of goods
- Provide support to the National Sales Manager in the preparation and management of tenders
- Draw on strong administration skills to manage documentation requirements such as quality audits

and product approvals.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar or customer service role with a focus on delivering excellence in

service
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A high-level of attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to manage to tight time frames
- Prioritisation / Time management and organisational skills
- Problem solving ability
- Passion for Customer and business success

In line with the customer base, experience in the health sector would be preferred as would knowledge of personal protective equipment for the medical industry.
