Based in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD, this global technology firm is seeking an experience Application Support Team Lead to join their business in a newly created role.

**About the role**
This role would suit an experienced Application Support Lead that has a passion for technology and leadership.
- Day to day duties include;_
- Managing the Applications Support team, managing their workloads and assessing priorities of client requirements
- Manage upgrades, deployments and bug fixes, ensuring that all involved parties are updated on progress
- Change management
- Incident management, solutions and reviews
- Training of team and stakeholders where necessary

**About you**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be proactive and innovative
- Strong organisation skills
- Permanent working rights for Australia
