Customer Integration Applications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Integrations Applications Manager to join our digital transformation journey. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering customer-first solutions and driving innovation in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio of Customer Integration applications primarily on WebMethods.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage high-performing technical teams focused on digital and customer integration solutions.

• Develop and execute strategies that prioritize customer experience and digital innovation.

• Oversee software development, data analysis, and quality assurance testing to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and budget requirements.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital offerings.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Proven, hands on experience with WebMethods (MUST HAVE)

• At least 5 years of experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within a digital or customer-focused environment.

• Strong background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.

• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement customer-first initiatives.

• Deep understanding of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
