**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Digital Applications Manager at Team Global Express, you will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders and provide them with regular reports and updates.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, conducting regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to transport management systems and identity and access management, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Team Global Express's cyber security policies. Monitor and analyse system logs, security events, and alerts
- Provide guidance and support in implementing secure coding practices
- Develop staff competencies and ensure staff development initiatives are implemented

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a digital or customer-focused environment at a management level.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital solutions.
- Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
- Proven track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to create and execute a customer-first strategy.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
