As the IT Capacity Specialist, your key accountability is to ensure that optimally used information technology capacity is available in a timely manner for current and future business needs.
**Working at NTT**
- Be responsible for ensuring IT services is available to meet agreed service level agreements with clients.
- Analyse business strategies and requirements to project future IT requirements.
- Use the data gathered from a number of different processes and tools to analyse organisational IT capacity requirements and call out devices about to exceed capacity
- Ensure more consistent levels of services and to deliver better quality of IT services for larger, more complex clients.
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Strong previous experience in IT Capacity Management.
- Previous experience working in a large complex environment, with multiple managed clients.
- Knowledge of risk analysis to determine resilience that should be built into the service delivery models.
- Business strategy development experience.
