**What if you could support the claims teams achieve positive and sustainable work capacity outcomes?**

The Technical Specialist (Work Capacity) is a collaborative role which focusses on development, enhancement and delivering strategic work capacity initiatives across both Nominal Insurer and Treasury Managed Fund business units.

**About the role**
- Work across two businesses, develop work capacity initiatives with a key focus on customer value proposition, technical excellence, and operating models.
- Oversee, update, and create policy, procedure, and process documents to improve work capacity practices.
- Develop and implement changes for improvement following audits and compliance actions
- Facilitate projects and initiatives to support achieving sustainable work capacity outcomes.
- Coach and develop Technical Specialists and Case Manager in work capacity practises to enable capability uplift and successful claim outcomes.

**About you**
- Extensive Workers Compensation experience and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Strong understanding of work capacity requirements, with a motivation to be creative and trial new initiatives
- Effective planning, prioritising, and organising skills
- In depth understanding of strategy development and an ability to partner with different business units to influence outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse complex information and data
