**About the role**

At Youi, we operate in-house media and creative agencies. This role performs a critical function in managing the end-to-end creative and production process for Youi’s communication projects. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing team, ensuring that our briefs are nothing short of exceptional, resulting in remarkable campaigns delivered punctually and within budget.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth production processes for integrated campaigns and projects across channels.
- Responsible for the ongoing, usage and optimisation of best practice tools to help drive internal efficiencies and consistency throughout the in-house agency.
- Support the Campaign Delivery Lead to operationally run the in-house agency in the development of creative and campaign assets, helping to coordinate projects.
- Manage end to end every aspect of campaign and project management. From initial conversations with stakeholders, to the brief, creation of assets and delivery.
- Lead internal meetings, set agendas, define next steps, and document outcomes.
- Receive briefs from stakeholders through a project management tool, interpret, clarify and refine as necessary.
- Plan, allocate resources, track progress, and provide status updates for campaigns.

**About You**
- 5+ years experience in creative advertising agencies, marketing or similar.
- Degree qualified or a relevant TAFE Diploma is desirable.
- Relevant experience in project management and production.
- Understanding of creative and production process and ability to collaborate with creatives, content creators and copywriters.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.), other creative tools, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong leadership skills, aligning team members and stakeholders under a common vision.
- Passion for ideas and championing our in-house agency vision through your work.
