We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to collaborate closely with our digital experts in crafting impactful media buying strategies aimed at customer acquisition and engagement. Your key duties will include overseeing the smooth implementation of digital media plans, campaign management, generating post-campaign analyses, and pinpointing areas for enhancing digital media performance and effectiveness to maximise ROI.

To thrive in this role, we're seeking someone who possesses meticulous documentation skills, a keen willingness to learn, the ability to embrace a fast-changing environment, and adeptness in balancing numerical proficiency in Excel with the visual presentation of work.

**This opportunity is for a 7-month temporary assignment situated at our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast.**

Key priorities:

- Providing day-to-day assistance to the Social and Programmatic Manager in managing programmatic buying, online video, and social media purchasing.
- Implementing campaigns via Google Marketing Platform, as well as various social media campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads Manager.
- Supporting strategic marketing endeavours and furnishing feedback to key stakeholders.
- Executing the digital media plan across various key platforms.
- Ensuring effective delivery of media deals and optimisations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of media spend data across all digital media channels.
- Monitoring media spending in alignment with agreed budgets and business objectives.
- Reconciling media spend with monthly invoices within Youi’s financial protocols.
- Documenting digital campaign activities, audience engagement, and expenditure in the monthly report.

**About you**

You should have:

- A passion for digital media.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent would be highly valued.
- Preferred experience in digital media and marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in thriving within a fast-paced environment, delivering results against tight deadlines.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and marketing principles.
- Familiarity and comprehension of various digital marketing platforms, along with proficiency in digital ad specifications and trafficking practices would be highly valued (Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Spotify Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Display & Video 360).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A high level of integrity and professional responsibility.
- Proactivity in identifying risks and opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage projects with multiple components.
