**Purpose of the role**

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. This role manages the daily operations of the Campaign Delivery Team, overseeing the end-to-end creative and production process to ensure Youi’s communication campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

**Key priorities**
- Manage the end-to-end creative and production process for Youi’s internal shopfront and campaign projects.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Campaign Delivery team, including project tracking, WIPs, meeting minutes, and general support.
- Ensure smooth production workflows across channels, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Traffic and allocate resources for incoming projects via the project management tool.
- Plan, brief, and manage project delivery timelines, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
- Maintain and update project management systems with accurate status, feedback, and documentation.
- Facilitate internal meetings, defining agendas, capturing actions, and following up on next steps.
- Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements and tool enhancements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage both internal and external collaboration effectively.
- Uphold compliance, manage risks, and ensure legal requirements are met across all projects.

**About you**
**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Degree or TAFE qualification in a relevant field, with experience in project management or production. (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of creative production and project management processes.
- Experience delivering marketing communications across multiple media channels.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and leading discussions or meetings.
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working within a feedback-driven culture.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Eager to learn, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for creativity.
- Professional, accountable, and aligned with Youi’s values and in-house agency vision.

**Ways of working**

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
