About the role

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Team Leader to join our clinic in Stirling, WA. We can provide support for interstate relocation if required.

You will be a part of a knowledgeable and dedicated transdisciplinary clinical team that provides evidence-based assessment and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload. Particularly, providing direct support to children with developmental delays and or disabilities through tailored therapy programs and Early Childhood Early Intervention.

Lead a small team using your experience to support best-practice. Delivering treatments in our modern clinic spaces, at client’s homes, schools and via telehealth, the team works closely with families to provide each child the best start and help them grown and develop to reach their full potential.

You will be fully supported by a dedicated administration team, freeing your time for you to do what you do best.

What you’ll bring

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and current membership with SPA

5+ years experience as a Speech Pathologist. Time as a Senior or Lead is desirable.

Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents

Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, to support for a culturally diverse environment
