About The Role

Liquor Team Member | BWS | Passionate About People

Leave your mark as a BWS Team Member. You'll help customers with their selections and contribute to a sociable, inclusive, and responsible team environment. You'll be part of a team that is real, inclusive, and focused on delivering great service.

A day in your life as a BWS Team Member

  • You'll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create moments customers will remember.
  • You'll be an advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
  • You'll ensure stock is available on shelves to provide the best choices for customers.
  • You'll maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
  • You'll uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
  • You'll be yourself and bring your unique energy to the role.
About You

You should come as you are, be yourself, and have fun. You'll:

  • Talk confidently and authentically with customers to provide a memorable experience.
  • Have good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Have a genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.

  • Be active and enjoy an active daily routine.
  • Want to make a positive impact in any future role.
