**About the role**

This position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high-volume customer environment.

A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users. The role has a strong face to face element in order to assist customers as required, receive feedback and promptly resolve complaints from public within scope of authority.

**Remuneration**

$57,955.04 - $63.988.08 (based on full-time hrs, pro-rata for part-time) + 11.5% Superannuation
