**How you’ll make an impact**

As a Service Coordinator with Simply Helping Gippsland South and West, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rostering and scheduling processes to meet the needs of our Participants and Clients.

A day in the life as a Service Coordinator with Simply Helping Gippsland South and West may see you support our Participants and Clients with;
- Creating an effective scheduling and rostering service to align Care Worker rosters efficiently to meet service requirements
- Plan, forecast, and management workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning and new employee onboarding to ensure effective coverage of all shifts to client needs and service delivery targets
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, filing, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update company databases and documents

**What we're looking for**

As a patient, flexible and understanding individual Working on a Casual Basis Monday to Friday as needed with a supportive and caring nature, ideally with experience within the aged, disability or health care sectors, you’ll have;
- Knowledge and experience in providing support within a Rostering, Employment Services, Payroll or Administration role
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrated capability to take initiative to drive and implement change
- High-level organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
