Simply Helping Outer South East is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Service Experience Coordinator with a strong basis in Business Development.
This role will lead efforts in expanding our presence in the Outer South East and North East Regions of Melbourne. Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining the relationship with our current client base.
Simply Helping Outer South East and North East provides indivdualised care to support people to remain in their own home. The ability to source and retain the very best industry talent, is what sets us apart from other providers, to ensure they receive the most consistent and caring experience in the market.
You will work with a strong values based trusted team, reporting directly to the General Manager, and closely with the internal team to ensure current and new clients' needs are met.
Successful Applicant will:
Implement a sales method that expands the company's current reach and client base,
Conduct research in local area marketing to grow and expand our current services in the region,
Identify and pursue new business leads,
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key account contacts, clients and their families,
Enhance client satisfaction, by identifying opportunities for improvement while managing client expectations,
Work with the Simply Helping brand marketing coordinator to attract more clients and referral initiatives,
Prepare regular reports to present to the management team of growth projections and the churn of current client base,
Be driven by successful outcomes,
A broad network of contacts within the in-home aged care and/or NDIS space,
Outstanding communication skills,
Experience in Business Development, within the NDIS or in-home care space,
Experience leading a team, recommended,
Ambitious self -driven, with a strong sense of achievement,
Registered Nurse or Support Coordinator highly recommended.
