**We're Hiring: Client Services Coordinator - Blueheart Community Care**

**About the Role**:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for our clients and caregivers, ensuring smooth coordination of services, timely communication, and an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule client services with efficiency and empathy.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and care staff.
- Manage inquiries and respond promptly to client needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with our care team to deliver individualized, high-quality support.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in customer service, care coordination, or a similar role (aged care, disability, or community services preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A compassionate approach and a genuine desire to improve people’s lives.
- Familiarity with client management systems (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications and clearances (NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification required
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role

Pay: $26.02 - $45.08 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Similar: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Screen number (required)
- Police check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
