**The Role**

This role will be responsible for providing first tier technical support to all Connective staff. As the first point of contact, you will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot incidents and service requests, ensuring resolutions are met within a timely manner. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing entire service desk queue, prioritizing service requests and incidents accordingly
- Resolving all low level tickets and escalating where necessary
- Manage technical set up of onboarding and offboarding for Connective staff
- Manage and maintain all Connective hardware, ensuring assets are tagged, logged and defects are resolved
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve workflow efficiencies
- Assist and support wider IT team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

**The Person**

With a working knowledge of technical systems, you will be customer-focused and adopt a positive approach to resolving issues and tickets. Your analytical ability and problem solving skills will encourage you to think differently and identify opportunities to improve our service.

You will also possess:

- A minimum of 2 years experience within a technical support role
- Experience working within a corporate environment or similar
- Knowledge of ITIL standards
- Demonstrated competency in general troubleshooting
- Experience in using Windows, Mac & Office 365
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work autonomously
