**Description**:
An exciting opportunity to join our Investments Operations department within the settlements and reconciliations team.
You will be responsible for Cash & asset reconciliations, all asset class settlements, suspense allocations, member contribution files, transactions processing, reviewing and processing international tax forms and term deposit processing.
- Reconciliation of cash records, positions and trades to the custodian(s)
- Liaise with custodians, fund managers, brokers, advisers and clients
- Ensuring timely delivery of various reporting requirements to fund managers
- Updating administration system relating to investment trades, corporate actions, income receipts and cash movements.
- Comply with all instructions, procedures and processes of Hub24 in meeting compliance obligations.
- Provide, upon request, all and any documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team.
- Tracking of corporate actions, generating instructions for custodians
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Minimum 2-3 years Financial Services experience
- Knowledge of Australian securities, Managed Funds, and an understanding of the risks inherent in settlement activities
- Understanding of various financial products/instruments available in the domestic market
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Commitment to high standards of client service
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on the commercial priorities of the business
- Desire and willingness to strive to achieve optimal results whilst working well under pressure
