With a sustainable investment policy they have a diversified portfolio across a range of industries and have a history of delivering strong returns for their investors. **Position** The Investment Administrator will focus on delivering relevant, reliable and timely transaction support aligned to operational and reporting requirements. As well as perform daily financial processing and administration for the investment portfolio and ensure financial policies, controls and processes are followed effectively. Duties will include: - Maintain daily & weekly cashflow reports and updates on liquidity - Assist in the preparation of group monthly management reports - Prepare payments relating to investment purchases - Undertake banking processing and assist with bank reconciliations - Liaise with portfolio managers, brokers and share registries to settle transactions, answer questions and resolve outstanding matters - Load and verify investment transactions in the IRESS investment management system - Assist with the preparation of substantial shareholder notices - Maintain and update Securityholder Reference numbers (SRN’s) for listed investments - Perform any other reasonable duties, as requested **Profile** To be successful you will be focused with a diligent work ethic; enjoy working in a small team in a friendly and caring office environment; and have the confidence to ask questions and look for guidance and direction. In addition you will have: - Experience in processing banking transactions - both setting up payments for authorisation and processing in an accounting (general ledger) system.
