Short Term Contract Work

ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF VICTORIA requires a funeral worker on a temporary basis to assist the Funeral Director

Obtaining the death certificate.

Moving the deceased to the mosque and then to the cemetery.

Preparing the deceased for the burial (ghusl).

Making the arrangements for the funeral service (Janazah).

Making the arrangements for the burial.

Minimum 3 years experience required in Islamic Funeral Procedure and Etiquette

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
