Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Lead Finance Business Partner to join us in our mission to partner with key stakeholders, educating the business on budgets/forecasts and financial implications of key decisions. This will also provide capacity to promote better decision making and ROI improvement through effective KPI instrumentation / scenario modelling.

**As one of the members of this business-critical team, you will**:

- Forge strong, constructive and trusted relationships with various heads of departments
- Employ clear, positive and professional communication skills to provide key metrics insight to senior management and company wide
- Provide budgeting and forecasting support
- Provide ah-hoc commercial support including process design, driving new insights / initiatives
- Have a natural interest in attention to detail, getting things right and be excited to roll your sleeves up
- Provide ad-hoc trend / variance / commercial analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities
- Proactively work with the business to improve financial outcomes, drive efficiency, create alignment and educate / empower where necessary

**What You Bring to Our Camp**
- Proven experience in business partnering
- Strong ability to build models and develop professional outputs for consumption
- Regional budget and forecasting experience
- Have strong commercial acumen, ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with a creative flair
- Management and KPI reporting, and trend / variance analysis
- Ability to work with an international team
- Mentoring / Managing experience

**After 3 months, you will**
- Have a detailed understanding of our business and what makes it tick, including an understanding of budgets, KPIs and reporting for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve the management reporting framework
- Support the Business Case process and provide adhoc commercial support
