We reach seven and a half million women each month across written, video and social platforms and we have the largest women's podcast network in the world with 55 different shows.

**About the role**

As a Social Producer at SQUAD, you will be at the forefront of creating high-volume, multi-format content across social media platforms for leading brands. - Produce and edit promotional video content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines
- Support special campaign productions, including seasonal and brand-specific campaigns
- Coordinate with talent and UGC creators to enhance content quality

- Stay up to date with market trends to facilitate creative optimisations and recommendations

- Proven experience (2+ years) in a production role, preferably in a digital marketing or social media agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Experience using mobile editing apps (e.g., Capcut)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- A portfolio demonstrating social media content work across multiple platforms
- Strong content creation and editing capabilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in digital marketing

**Life at Mamamia**

We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.

We're small enough that you can create real and tangible change, and have your voice heard, and large enough that we can support your ideas with experienced, industry-leading teams, and deliver them to an audience of millions of women every month. We have a startup spirit within a scaled-up business structure.

The core purpose of Mamamia is to make the world a better place for women and girls, and we live this philosophy in the content we create and with the work we do. While our core purpose informs every business and content decision we make, we execute on our purpose in a way that's engaging, entertaining and adds meaning and value to the lives of Australian women.

As well as being a meaningful and dynamic place to work, Mamamia offers:

- Flexible working conditions (Hybrid working model)
- A day off to celebrate your birthday
- Additional leave for years of service, plus annual rewards to celebrate your work anniversaries
- Paid parental leave
- Enjoy 2 paid volunteer days to support RizeUp, our charity partner.
