Australia's largest women's media company is looking for a full time Social Media Producer to join the Co-founder's office.

The Social Media Producer will have day to day executional responsibility for all content created for and about Mia Freedman's brand. You will have front end creative input and executional responsibility from the conception to delivery to ensure events remain industry-leading, fresh, relevant and true to Mia's brand.

**About the role**
- SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION AND DISTRIBUTION: Conceive of and/or create social assets including: long form text, videos, memes, GIFs and social tiles. Pitch ideas to the Senior Editor and team. Write the copy for social media in Mia's tone of voice. Edit videos into Reels, Tiktoks and other formats.
- PROMOTION OF NON-SOCIAL CONTENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Find creative ways to promote articles, podcasts, events and subscription products using social media marketing.
- EMAIL MARKETING AND EDMS: Facilitate, edit and build weekly EDMs, report on performance and suggest optimisation changes

**About you**
- Exceptional written, editing and copywriting skills. Experience in writing creatively and quickly across a range of mediums.
- Digitally obsessed and social media savvy. Skills and passion for social media platforms are more important than professional experience.
- Fluent in working principles of Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and always staying across the industry evolution of best-practice
- Confidence social media creator - video editing skills (on computer e.g., Premiere and phone e.g., Capcut);
- Canva proficiency is key.
- Eye for design, and ability to execute
- Experience creating EDMs using Active Campaign or Mailchimp is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong understanding of trends and the creative skills to harness them.
- Enthusiast and proactive approach to learning new skills

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment.
