**The Department**

This is a rare opportunity for a Social Content Producer to join our engaging social media team. You will enjoy working in a supportive and highly collaboratively team, where your ideas matter.

**The Role**

You will be able to create compelling social videos, conduct filmed interviews, front presenter-led Reels, TikToks and Shorts, and produce other innovative content for SBS’s flagship social media platforms.
- Conduct on-location shoots while finding new ways to engage our audience
- Selecting and cutting scene lifts and turning EPK and supplied footage into video content
- You will be ready to pitch original ideas, and have the ability to spot a story that will make engaging and on-charter content
- This is a four-day-per-week hybrid role

**About you**

You live and breathe social media, know the latest trends, and can produce compelling social-first content that is brand-appropriate. Hands on experience creating a range of high-quality content for social media
- Possess superior journalistic interviewing and storytelling skills, while knowing how to hook views in first three seconds of your video
- You embrace dynamism and demands of a digital editorial environment
- Passion for keeping up to date with the latest developments in social media
- Reliable, flexible, proactive, and passionate about working collaboratively within a team and as part of the wider organisation
- You will know your way around Canva and can produce attractive carousels and stories for Instagram.
- Prior experience in social publishing, knowledge, and experience with YouTube and TikTok would be highly regarded
