City FM Australia (City) provide end-to-end facilities management services for a variety of leading Australian retailers.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the State Cleaning Manager, you will effectively manage and lead a team to successfully deliver cleaning services for multiple sites across Melbourne metro and surrounding areas.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing work schedules, monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, maintaining reference manuals and implementing new procedures
- Manage and control costs to ensure they are contained within budget
- Ensure that daily cleaning services are delivered safely and efficiently
- Undertake auditing of store and identify and correct areas of concern
- Manage all cleaning escalations to ensure teams are not impacted and issues are resolved
- Ensure chemicals and cleaning hardware is available and ordered as require
- Provide regular reports and activity updates to management
- Recruitment, discipline, and payroll

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- 3 years’ plus of supervision experience of dynamic team
- Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) or Cert IV/Diploma in Business or similar
- Staff and roster management experience
- Proven high level of customer service and management skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, strong analytical and project management skills
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and liaise with Senior Management
- Intermediate to Advance level of IT skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Working knowledge of cleaning standards, practices and procedures
- Full drivers’ licence
- Willing to obtain a Police Check

The primarily location for this role is predominantly Melbourne metro and surrounding South/ South Eastern suburbs. The role requires a regular visitation program to sites.
