**The Company**:
Speedshield Technologies is an Australian based IOT company engaged in the development and sale of telemetry technology products and services for global industrial markets, including the material handling and ground support equipment Industries at airports internationally. We employ a growing workforce covering engineering, information technology, software development, energy management, manufacturing and sales disciplines.

**The Opportunity**:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse including safety and leadership of the staff. The operational requirements include all inventory movement, stock management, dispatch and receiving transactions to be managed and reconciled on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop procedures in relation to all warehouse processes including Receiving, Dispatch, Parts replenishment to manufacturing production, that are managed and reconciled on a daily basis
- Check off incoming supplier shipments as per supplied documents (Local & Overseas) and immediately follow up any discrepancies.
- Maintain regular housekeeping within the assigned Warehouse ensuring a world class clean and safe environment.
- Maintain and develop mutually productive relationships with freight forwarders.
- Ensure consumables packing boxes, satchels, packing tapes are maintained at a level that meets daily despatch targets.
- Develop and manage a monthly or perpetual inventory stocktake procedure.
- Demonstrate the Customer Service Standards in conjunction with activities and responsibilities.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Previous experience in Warehouse & Parts Store
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proven team leadership ability
- Solid attention to detail for inventory accuracy and inventory turns
- A great communicator at all levels and ability to build relationship with internal and external customers.
