A once in a career opportunity to lead a brand new venue, in a new direction. The Moreland Hotel is undergoing a multi-million-dollar transformation — and we’re looking for an energetic & passionate Venue Manager to help lead the team & the venue into a new era. With a completely refurbished pub, this is your opportunity to build a new team, and drive the business forward with an F&B lead operation. This role is made for an talented leader ready to make their mark. We’re not just relaunching a pub — we’re building a new brand & entity

**A day in the life of a Venue Manager**:

- Act as a role model and a visionary, creating passion and excitement around the guest experience, team development and business initiatives
- Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive the success of your team and Venue
- Empower and equip your team with the knowledge and tools that are required to achieve our high standards across all areas of the venue
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity to enable your team and guests to come as they are

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You know that passion, planning and problem solving skills are non-negotiables when it comes to nailing the guest experience
- You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience in a multi-faceted venue and love a fast-paced environment
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
