**About the role.**

As a Workplace Relations Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring members receive expert guidance and support. Reporting into the Workplace Relations Manager and joining a strong and experienced team, you will be the first point of contact and deliver amazing service. You will
- Field enquiries on workplace relations matters from members, provide timely, expert advice and escalate where necessary.
- Drive the development and review of resources, delivering valuable insights to members.
- Support the function administratively, drafting letters, policies and other correspondence to ensure members are set up for success.

**About you.**

You will an experienced Workplace Relations Administrator or Human Resources Administrator with a keen interest in the ER/IR space. Your dedication to service will be strong as you strive to deliver the best possible experience to all stakeholders. You will also have
- Exposure and interest in the ER/IR space with supporting qualifications in HR or Law, or working towards.
- Understanding of relevant awards and legislation.
- Strong engagement, attention to detail and ability to operate in a volume environment.
