**The Role**
We are seeking professional and experienced motivated individuals to join our Digital Solutions Division.

As an IT Systems Analyst you will contribute to the delivery activities of an Agile team and adhere to established best practices, standards, and guidelines. You will work with stakeholders to understand the technology-related aspects of a project, providing an analytical perspective when designing DEWR’s information systems, including software, hardware, and infrastructure, to meet specific business needs.

You will maintain accurate and clear documentation of requirements, process flows, use cases and other project-related documents.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
As an APS5 IT Systems Analyst you will:

- Perform and coordinate a range of IT System analytic and administrative support functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and understand system requirements, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation of requirements, process flows, use cases and other project-related documents.
- Adapt communication style to suit the target audience and negotiates with a range of business partners.
- Think critically, analyse problems and exercise sound judgment when presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
