As a Climate Resilience Analyst, you'll work closely with our team of experts to analyse climate exposure and physical risk for a broad range of sectors and support our work with clients to address their emerging mandatory climate disclosure reporting requirements, which is one of the most significant changes in corporate and sustainability reporting in a decade.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Physical risk assessment: You will be responsible for assisting in undertaking comprehensive physical climate risk assessments, utilising best practice tools and methodologies.
- Climate data analysis: You will support in using the latest climate scenario data for Australia and across other geographies to undertake climate scenario analysis to help our clients understand how their climate-related risks and opportunities are projected to change out to the future.
- Climate adaptation: Preparation of climate change risk and adaptation assessments to align with best practice tools and methodologies.
- Client engagement: Engage with clients to gather relevant data, understand their business models, and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Research and innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the carbon space to ensure we deliver the most relevant and impactful solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate your findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. This will include supporting inputs to TCFD & ISSB aligned reporting.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of experts, sharing ideas and insights to create comprehensive and holistic solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Sustainable Finance, or a related field. A passion for building climate resilience is essential
- Strong analytical skills: An ability to crunch data, do literature reviews, identify issues in data quality, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform your recommendations.
- Climate science: Familiarity with climate science such as how to interpret and communicate projections is a plus, but we're more interested in your enthusiasm to learn
- Excellent communication: You're a natural communicator, both in writing and speaking English, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and approachable manner.
- Passion for Sustainability: A deep-rooted desire to create a positive impact on the environment and a strong understanding of the importance of sustainability.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy bouncing ideas off others, and believe in the power of teamwork.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
