**Job Summary**:
As an Investment Analyst at Climate Tech Partners, you will play an important role in sourcing and evaluating investments in cutting-edge climate tech startups. You will work closely with our team to identify promising investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio companies and founders in achieving their growth objectives. In addition you will help manage fund reporting and support other fund admin. You will also have the opportunity to attend and participate in ecosystem events and relevant conferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, including external interviews, financial analysis, market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments.
- IC Preparation: synthesise DD information into an investment memos and respond to IC questions.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management and support of portfolio companies, including founder and corporate partner engagement, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the climate tech space to inform investment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Experience: 1/2-+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital. Otherwise, experience in private equity, infrastructure or a related field. Knowledge or experience in the climate tech and/or one of CTP’s target sector (Energy, Transport and Industry) is desirable.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong deal execution capabilities, with a detail oriented and meticulous approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to dive into technical and complex solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Airtable.
- Skills in automation and AI tools desirable
