Friendly environment - Setting program goals - Project management **Responsibilities & Outcomes**: - Provide expert advice on infrastructure planning in accordance with legislative, policy and business requirements. - Lead the development of complex infrastructure planning policy matters across the Division and coordinate their integration to achieve strategic and business outcomes. - Build high level relationships across a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders to coordinate internal engagement on a broad range of complex policy matters. - Prepare high quality Council reports, briefing notes and other business documentation as required. **Knowledge & Experience**: - Demonstrated experience providing technical oversight and direction. - Substantial experience in project management and associated risk management practices. - High level experience in providing strategic advice and direction in uncertain or emergent circumstances and in a rapidly changing policy environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex planning and infrastructure concepts and matters in a simple and concise manner and negotiation sustainable outcomes. **Qualifications**: - Degree in Engineering, Urban Planning or equivalent. - Current "C" Class Driver's Licence. **Additional** **Information**: - 21.75 Hours Per Week - Tuesday - Thursday
