Our Industrial and Energy business has an opportunity for a **Lead Planner** to lead our team in Commercial and Risk The **Lead Planner** will drive team output for maintenance and capital works projects, ensuring the required capabilities are attainable within timeframe and monitor and maintain project schedules. They shall ensure milestones are met and provide engineering data and support to the engineering management team for the scope of work. **ABOUT YOU**: - Relevant Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar planning position - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role, developing project schedules from baseline to set package of work. - Ability to analyse Project Status/delays - Experience in Extension of time claims and cost control - Contract administration experience in EOT’s and delays an advantage - Development of delay claim analysis - Competent in Microsoft Project Excel and experienced with Primavera planning software; - High attention to detail, information process and problem solving capability; - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; - High levels of motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills; and - A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business. - A proven capability working within the engineering contracting sector servicing the resources, energy or infrastructure industries - Produce "S" curves, Histograms, tabulated man hour/progress data. **WHAT WE OFFER** - Brisbane Location - Market Leading salary package - The unique opportunity to work in an organisation where the safety of our people and the environment is at the forefront of all that we do - Highly supportive, team orientated organisation - On-going training and support As an employer who embraces Equal Opportunity and promotes diversity, we encourage men and women of all ages and backgrounds, including Indigenous Australians, to apply.
