The Opportunity

Join a highly regarded project management consultancy supporting the delivery of one of Queensland's most iconic infrastructure programs — the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues.

As Senior Planner / Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and integrating master planning schedules across multiple venues, before transitioning to peer review and oversight of contractor construction schedules. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of complex, high-profile urban projects that will shape Brisbane's future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support master planning and program-level scheduling for multiple Olympic venues.
  • Review and challenge contractor programs to ensure alignment with master plans and interface milestones.
  • Identify and manage critical paths, sequencing challenges, and interdependencies between venues and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert planning advice to project managers and client representatives.
  • Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and progress measurement at both project and portfolio levels.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Planner / Scheduler on complex urban infrastructure projects (transport, major precincts, venues, or similar).
  • Strong capability in Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of stakeholder interface management and programme integration.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the confidence to engage at senior client and contractor levels.
  • Passionate about contributing to legacy projects that will define a city's future.
