An exciting opportunity to work in a large facility in Adelaide's North, covering both maintenance and grounds

**Your new company**

Our client run a large facility in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs and are on the lookout for an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Officer for an ongoing temporary assignment. This role is full-time hours and will require you to have numerous duties and responsibilities.

**Your new role**

As the Grounds and Maintenance Officer, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
- Conduct programmed grounds and garden service plan tasks (mow, weed, water & monitor)
- Undertake a daily cleaning and inspection of the external grounds and garden areas
- Undertake testing and tagging of electrical appliances
- Furniture positioning and reconfiguration
- Perform pre-operational inspections
- Competent to operate in the use of grounds and garden equipment, including ride on mower, brush cutters, chain saw and portable spray units.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a maintenance and/or grounds position. You will have the ability to work successfully within a team but also be confident working autonomously on site. A National Police Clearance is essential for this role.
