We are looking for a hands-on Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our Stockland Point Cook team based in Melbourne. As our friendly onsite Grounds and Maintenance Officer, you will be kept on your feet assisting across a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring the continued comfort, safety and happiness of our valued retail customers.

**About the role**

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about what they do, enjoys variety, who is safety conscious and would like to make a real difference in our Shopping Centre.
- Responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the Centre including but not limited to general maintenance, such as patch and paint, tiling, painting, and other works as requested
- Timely and effective resolution of assigned tasks
- Supporting processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained and sustainable Centre
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Manage and maintain gardens and lawns if required

You will be someone with hands-on experience in a similar type of role, with clear communication and good people skills. In addition you will bring:

- Relevant maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Appreciation for OH&S and legislative compliance and practices
