Grounds Maintenance Team Member Wanted for Hardware Chain

**Your new company**
Our client is an international maintenance company, who have contracts with several large businesses here in SA. They pride themselves on transparency to their clients, and that ethos also trickles down to their employees. They have a need for a grounds maintenance star to join the team that tends to a large hardware company.

**Your new role**
You’ll be part of a team of grounds maintenance and general trades people, tasked with the upkeep and neat presentation of all stores across Adelaide. Depending on the day and task, you’ll either be working in the team, or autonomously, but there’s plenty of jumping in to help each other as needed. Each day will be slightly different, and you’ll have plenty of flexibility as to how you structure your day. Day-to-day jobs include mowing, pruning, weed control and general garden maintenance, pressure washing buildings and pavements and removal of waste.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This role is for an experienced grounds maintenance expert who can not only do the job well, but have the self-motivation to structure their day efficiently. As you’ll be getting a vehicle and trailer to use, you’ll need to be very comfortable driving with a trailer, and loading/unloading safely. While most of the work is planned and within your normal hours, you’ll be available out of hours when necessary. You’ll receive jobs and tasks through a provided iPhone, so a little tech savvy will put you in good stead. If successful, you’ll need to pass a medical and D&A.
