**Job Highlights**
- Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the UH-60M Platform Services Manager is responsible for the successful ramp up and management of the Supply Support Capability, MRO, Customer Support Capability and Engineering Support reachback for the Initial Support Contract and relevant Phase-In elements of the UH-60M Sustainment Contract.
- You will be the main point of contact for Services at the Brisbane site during ramp up and be required to work closely with the customer and other Lockheed Martin organisations supporting the UH-60M sustainment activities.

- Deliver site management support to the Program Manager
- Drive the development of the Supply Support, Engineering Support and Component MRO capability through engagement with subcontractors
- Manage the development of the Maintenance, Training, Engineering and Supply Support Services in line with the Ramp Up Management Plan (RUMP)
- Provides status and management reports for Sustainment services
- Ensures the Program Governance Framework is adhered to
- Lead the development and implementation of the RUMP and associated project management system
- Lead the coordination of activities across LMA, Sikorsky Australia and Sikorsky Army & Air Force Systems (AAFS) to deliver the stand up of services as detailed in the RUMP
- Oversee the activities required to establish MRO and Logistics capabilities
- Work with HR Business Partner and other Program Team members to recruit and train staff

**About you**:

- With a strong defence background and your industry exposure; you will have an already established network that you will continue to grow. You will understand DASR regulations and have previous experience in managing a DASR Part 145 Aerospace Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisation. Ideally you will also hold Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Operations Maintenance, etc.) from a recognised institution, and/or significant relevant experience.**To be successful in this role you will also have**:

- Extensive helicopter maintenance, supply chain and training experience
- Extensive experience in Project Management, including complex schedule development, cost estimation, risk management, Project Reporting and Performance Management Frameworks
- Extensive experience managing projects within an Aerospace Sustainment domain
- Advanced experience in managing
- Advanced knowledge of Defence Aviation Safety Regulations Part 145 Maintenance Organisations, Part 147 Maintenance Training and DASR Part 66 Maintenance Licensing

Ideally you will also have extensive experience in working with MRO organisations and associated Logistics Support elements and Contract Management experience.

- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
- The location of the role will ideally be Brisbane QLD, however Holsworthy NSW will also be considered.
