Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:
**Reporting to the UH-60M Supply Support Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and prioritize task allocation for the Logistics Support Team.
- Administer logistics strategies, data plans, and processes in line with Defence policies, evaluating business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Defence logistics policies and processes by LMA staff.
- Assess and report on supply chain efficiency, ensuring reporting requirements are met.
- Provide logistics policy and procedural guidance to contracted entities and Commonwealth-supported platforms.
- Lead and mentor logistics staff through coaching, feedback, and professional development.

**To excel in this role, you will bring**:

- Extensive experience in Defence logistics, including inventory control, asset management, and supply chain governance.
- Strong personnel management skills, with the ability to lead teams through competing priorities.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service and partnering focus.
- Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems.

**Desirable**
- Adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
- Experience in a Program Office support environment.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
