**The Role**
The Business Manager within Utility Helicopter Systems Program Office (UHSPO) is required to work collaboratively with the EL 1 Business Manager and subordinate staff, to deliver the following outcomes:

- Develop, deliver and document streamlined business processes, for internal and external stakeholder service delivery.
- Provide assurance in regards to UHSPO records management.
- Management of Business Management Unit and Branch tasking through Teams and the internal records management system.
- Manage and provide financial assurance of UHSPO financial management activities (non-platform), funded through the Branch Group Operating Budget.
- Coordinate the delivery of UHSPO training programs, including but not limited to Mandatory Training and Induction Training.

**About our Team**
The Army Aviation Systems Branch (AASB) purpose is to deliver military aviation systems to the capability managers. AASB is responsible for the acquisition and through-life support of all Army helicopters and tactical unmanned aerial systems through both Project Offices (PO) and Systems Program Offices (SPO) within Australia and overseas.

You will be accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support work within an integrated workforce. You will be required to have and maintain a well-developed knowledge and understanding of Defence policy and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and challenges of the work environment. You will also display sound judgment and decision-making and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
