About The Role

Internal growth within the recruitment function along with an increase in recruitment volume has created this new opportunity for an experienced recruitment partner to join our team, where you will contribute to a culture that is open and collaborative, with plenty of room for your personal style and energy to shine

This a fixed term contract position for 12 months supporting the internal recruitment team during a peak period of recruitment. We are open to location and offer family friendly hybrid working arrangements, allowing you the opportunity to perform meaningful work without losing sight of the important things outside of the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

In your new role of Recruitment Partner, you will provide professional end to end recruitment support to hiring leaders attracting and securing talent across a variety of roles aligned with our business portfolios such as Engineering, Corporate, Technology and/or Customer Markets.

With an understanding of current and future talent needs, you will design and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract and secure the rare and hard to find talent through proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling.

In addition, you will:- Build credibility as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to influence best practice hiring decisions- Support our Diversity and Inclusion agenda across our key pillars of Gender, Disability, Caring, Cultural Identity, LGBTQ+ and First Nations contributing to achieving our RAP goals- Actively contribute to identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and deeply curious Recruitment Partner, with a desire to truly partner with the business, take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and actively engage and collaborate with your team mates.

You’re gravitating toward an in-house recruitment opportunity because it allows you to perform meaningful work where your contribution is visible in the way our people work to shape the future of energy. You want to provide a high level of service to your stakeholders, build close relationships and add value to the recruitment process.

What You Will Bring to The Table

With a clear alignment to our AGL values, you will hit the ground running with high energy, and a hunger to keep learning and expanding your horizons.- Talent acquisition experience at a mid-senior level working within or recruiting for large, complex organisations- Previous success in managing a high volume of requisitions to deliver recruitment outcomes- Proven ability to operate compliantly within established processes, yet comfortable to challenge the status quo
