Recruitment Business Partner

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Business Partner to join this exciting organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
- The Initial point of contact for all HR related queries in the department.
- Provide HR consultancy services to clients and assist with recruitment needs.
- Implement creative and innovative recruitment methods to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and organisational policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
