**VIC State Retail Manager**
The role is with a leading Convenience/Supermarket and QSR Group.
**Retail Convenience**
- Identifiy operational shortfalls and implements solutions to bring these back to standard
- Audits compliance
- Provide clear summary reports of audit findings and recommendations to shop/store managers and the Regional Operations Manager.
**Training and Coaching**
- On-boarding new Commission Agents, and Managers to ensure successful scale up and handover
- Coach and train Commission Agents, Franchisees and staff by providing hands-on support where requires demonstrating best practice, to implement new initiatives and to help achieve project delivery timeframes for new projects, new site openings
**Compliance**
- Ensure that the Group’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE), policies and procedures and all regulatory OH&S requirements as complied with in all maters relating to Fuels and QSR/convenience operations
- Ensure compliance with safe food handling and Food Safety Standards
**People Leadership**
**QSR**
- Deliver QSR training to Commission Agents (CAs), Franchisees, and Site Managers
- Manage standards of total site presentation, merchandise standards and ensure compliance with company standards
**Is This You?**
- 5+ years management experience in large QSR retail operations (preferably opening new stores) including till operations and financial systems
- Food experience is essential
- Ability to identify operational shortfalls and implement solutions to bring these back to standards
- Experience of conducting Compliance, Operational, Security and Health & Safety Audits
- Training experience in a retail environment
