**The role**

We currently have an opportunity for a Product Consultant whose role is responsible for defining and driving the retention strategy for Home Ownership.

**Day to day will include**:

- Developing the Home Ownership retention strategy and roadmap
- Reporting on retention performance and drawing insights for stakeholders
- Identifying tactical and strategic initiatives to deliver performance enhancements (including tracking of progress)
- Supporting Marketing in driving performance of Retention leads
- Project managing on inflight and new initiatives
- Managing stakeholders across the retention value chain
- Analysing internal channel performance and external market factors

**What you’ll bring**:
Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, you are detail oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You possess strong financial and commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Project management skills
- Knowledge of NAB home lending processes
- Data and analytics
- Problem solving skills
