**As a Product Consultant, in the Merchant Services team,**you will:

- Act as the SME support in Merchant Service Products
- Define, refine, and prioritise the business outcomes and epic backlogs based on quantified value and strategic outcomes
- Be responsible for supporting the vision and incorporating the “voice of the customer” and ”voice of the colleague” into product strategy and roadmaps
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback, remove roadblocks and implement change
- Be responsible for establishing and monitoring success measures
- Assess the completion of deliverables to achieve desired business outcomes
- Be a leader in improving customer complaints and focus on the experience for our customers within the product

**What you will bring**:

- Strong understanding of merchant service products and/or overall product experience
- Proven shareholder engagement and management experience
- Ability to develop productive relationships with technical and non-technical delivery
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and training
- Demonstrated examples outlining your experience being outcome focused
- Proven risk management experience
- In-depth knowledge of International and Domestic Card Schemes and Payments is desirable
- Technical expertise across tooling such as: Clarity, Grace, Confluence and frontline banking systems and knowledge
- Ability to identify and articulate customer needs
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes
